[loss of] sanity

Sitting in front of a computer for over 10 hours now, I have come to question the ability of academics to subscribe to a sane life. Currently, I feel I have hit a new level of "unkemptness" associated with solitary confinement. When this thing called a thesis is done and over [and I find myself barking up the dissertation tree] please, self, remember that advanced academia is equatable with self-induced insanity.
